| November 24, 2007 The puppies have arrived! Four girls and three boys were born November 24th. All are healthy and mom and babies are doing well. The pet puppies will be ready to go to their new homes at the end of January '08. Show puppies will be ready to go to their homes at about ten - twelve weeks of age. If you are interested in a puppy from this litter contact me either by email or by phone. Deposits are now being accepted.
This litter will be raised in Pinon Hills, CA. For the first 10 days of their lives, I apply the Early Neurological Stimulation technique that is recommended by Dr. Carmen L. Battaglia. It is a series of five exercises on each puppy that impact the neurological system by kicking it into action earlier than would be normally expected, the result being an increased capacity that later will help to make the difference in its performance.
In addition, each puppy is handled several times a day so they get used to human hands touching them as well as knowing the bond of their mother.
We follow the UC Davis Vaccination Guidelines as the protocols have changed recently and some vaccinations may not be needed in California. Before the puppies go to their new homes they will have been wormed multiple times, have had at least one of their puppy shots (depending on the age of the puppy) and will be microchipped and BAER tested (for hearing).
